‘PROF’IT FIRST OR ‘PROOF’ IT FIRST?

As an entrepreneur, how important is your reputation?

Silly question. Rhetorical question.

But…no matter how good your printed job looks, what happens if something vital is missed or misspelt?

It probably means a reprint, and if it does, that’s costly.

It certainly means embarrassment for the client and some egg on your face, and that’s more than costly.

So, before you go to print, who checks the spelling? Who verifies the facts?

With all due respect, unless you’re a fully-trained proofreader, you see what you want to see, rather than what’s actually written, and that’s a fact.

What’s the solution?

Bring me into the mix, so I can supply the proof. With more than forty years of full-time experience, I’m able to proofread, and, if necessary, adapt and enhance anything written by you or your client.

That’s my job; that’s my passion.
